Even if you think that all the fuss around proper matching of food and wine is overreacted, you must agree that nothing tastes better than a Chablis with oysters or a Bordeaux with lamb stew. For this dinner, Māris Jansons, the chef of “BIBLIOTĒKA N°1 Restorāns”, will be working side-by-side with sommeliers to create the perfect «marriage» between wines and food. Guests will enjoy a four-course dinner, flush it down with 12 superb wines and vote for the most delicious couple.
