Champagne Gala Dinner with Peter Liem and visiting winemakers. Peter Liem, one of the world’s leading champagne experts and the Guest of Honour, will be dining (& drinking) with us at this intimate champagne dinner. The four-course dinner will kick-off with a set of famous cuvées presented by several chef de caves personally and continue with favourite champagnes brought by the guests themselves.
