GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gift cards can be purchased in amounts ranging from 15.00 EUR to 500.00 EUR. The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase, after which it becomes invalid.

You can only pay for tickets and goods online with a gift card; the purchase transaction fee must be paid using one of the other payment methods offered. The gift card amount can be used multiple times. If the total basket value is higher, a surcharge must be paid. A gift card is only a means of payment; it does not guarantee the opportunity to purchase tickets to the buyer's specific chosen event.

In case of loss or theft, the gift card will not be blocked or renewed, nor will its balance be refunded. Purchased gift cards are not accepted for return or exchange for cash. The risk of simultaneous use of the original and duplicate gift cards is borne by the buyer.
