How many different champagnes have you tried? 10? How about 100? The Audi Bubble Parade once again will be the Baltic's biggest parade of champagne and sparkling wines, a unique walk-around tasting with more than 100 French champagnes and their noblest «cousins» – Prosecco, Franciacorta, Cava, Cap Classique, Cremant, all for your enjoyment.

What does one do in such a Bubble Parade? First, you show up. We give you a pretty glass and brief directions on where and what to try. The rest is up to you.

You can try and do the impossible – walk around the entire counter of the Parade, have a sip of each and every champagne available and talk to all the vendors and producers in hopes of finding your favorite champagne. We warn you – it won’t be an easy task, there will be a helluva lot of champagnes.

You can take detailed notes in the Parade catalogue about which drink is sweeter, more sour or more bubbly, which one to choose for your spouse, mom, business partner or birthday guests. The catalogues, of course, will be available to everybody.

You can just chill out. Take the first champagne at hand, sit down, enjoy it slowly while watching the other beautiful participants of the Bubble Parade. Who knows, maybe you’ll hook up with someone. Or establish a new business connection?

You can also listen to the Bubble ABC. It will be like a short informal lecture with a glass in hand, right in the middle of the Bubble Parade. The leading sommeliers of Latvia will tell you about the very basics in simple words, answering all your questions on the matter and recommending other things that are worth trying.

Then you can go to the «Bubbledogs Lounge». We «stole» this idea from the cult bar «Bubbledogs» in London – they serve only gourmet hot dogs with champagne. Why don’t we take it to a new level here in Riga? Gourmet hotdogs crafted by chef Māris Jansons will be available to all participants of the Audi Bubble Parade in exchange for a symbolic fee.

And we’ll keep it going all day long. When purchasing your entry card, you will be offered to choose the most suitable time for your bubble session: 10.00 to 13.00, 14.00 to 17.00 or 18.00 to 21.00.
