This year's nine films of Manhattan Short Film Festival are representing such genres as: drama, animation, comedy, a story you will get goose bumps from, the epic story of the Second World War. The festival program includes films from UK, New Zealand, USA, Kosovo, Germany, Hungary, Canada and Austria.
For the sevens year in a row, Latvian viewers will be able to join spectators from all over the globe, for the world's best short film selection. Each festival viewer will receive a voting card in order to vote for the best film and choose the best actor.
